I am a vegan wheelchair athlete from Northern Ontario.  Due to my swallowing difficulties, I live on pureed food's only, and thus my sponsor Vega is my main source of nutrition.  I cherish being alive, and supporting two teens whom I have been with since their beautiful momenteous home births.  I live an organic wholistic lifestyle while providing nurturing and loving inspiration to those around me.  My love for sports spans many activities and levels of performance.  I am involved with sprint kayaking, outrigger canoing, play wheelchair basketball, and sledge hockey, sky dive, climb trails and ride the skateparks for fun, I train for marathon distance road racing and adaptive rowing seriously and with vigour.

My life is blessed daily by the sun and the rains, snow and the moon.  My spirit is nourished by the energy that moves within us all, and while a degenerative neurological condition tries to ravage this body,  an organic vegan approach to life supports my being so that I live out the dreams I have.
I choose to live a life of pure natural love and care for all around me, and this is what keeps me alive despite the lesions within which attempt to deal a different fate my way.

I am honoured to be among a group of others who also find it important to cherish our environment, our bodies and each other.
